It started with a simple question: why rush the best part of the day? In our Prior Lake workshop, we set out to blend the meticulous craft of Parisian baking with the warmth of a Minnesota neighborhood hub.

Every batch of our signature cold brew drips slowly over eighteen hours, extracting only the smoothest, richest flavors from locally roasted beans. We pair this patience with croissants rolled by hand, baked to a deep golden shatter at dawn.

We believe the best coffee experiences aren't rushed through a drive-thru. They are savored over a warm counter, in a space where neighbors actually know your name.
